I have been a Registered Nurse for 15 years. I have worked in Labor and Delivery, Med/Surg, ICU, Home Health, and Case Management. Currently, I am working in an Outpatient Infusion clinic that serves outpatients needing IV medications, port flushes, and injections. I assist the physician with the speciality Hepatitis C clinic as well. I am the only nurse in the clinic. I handle the schedules as well as the medications, supplies, and equipment in the clinic. I also served in the US Air Force for 8 years. My job in the service was a Medical Technician. I worked in the Ambulatory Clinic, Primary Care Clinic, EMT, Gynecology Clinic and finally on a Med/Surg at Wilford Hall medical center.
