My name is Dawn McDowell, my resume will give you an outline of my work experience, job titles and the diversity of my skills. What it won’t tell you about is me and what you’ll be getting to back up the diverse skills and job titles is an old school work ethic and dedication. I excel at learning new things whether it’s taking welding classes or learning to run a pre-treatment waste water plant. I enjoy learning new processes and I have excellent retention of what I learning. I have worked in both a private manufacturing setting and for a private contractor both have given a unique perspective on time and money management. I am well versed in working a variety of different shifts as well as working solo or inside a group. I am an excellent self-starter and understand how to schedule my work load to accomplish jobs based on priorities.
