As a highly experienced teaching professional with a strong dedication to the total development of children and adults, I feel I am qualified to pass my experience on to others. My experience ranges across grade levels and socioeconomic backgrounds. I have worked at both district and site levels to encourage development of teaching strategies and curriculum support. In 2011-2012 I was selected as the Cortina Teacher of the Year, and in 2012-2013 I was awarded the Arizona Cardinals Teacher in the Classroom award. My experience has allowed me the opportunity to work on linking home, school, and community to support the education system. I am highly motivated to help teachers grow and learn as they work to plan and teach meaningful curriculum to help in developing young minds.I am very interested in taking these skills and expanding them to the corporate level in the area of training. The concept of passing on information and equipping and exciting people in a specific field would bring on a new and exciting opportunity. I also enjoy analyzing data in order to make adjustments that will help to increase results.
