After I completed my MBA, I contemplated the age old question “what do you want to do with your career?” I thought long and hard and realized that although Human Resources (HR) had never been in my title it had often been part of my job - the part of my job that I loved! So, I pursued a career in HR working at a software development company, putting my MBA to use, and obtaining my PHR. Forever on the continuous mission of learning.In April 2018 I earned my CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certificate and supervised my unit from February 2017 through July 2018, when I relocated to Maui, HI.
