CurrentManages the daily operation of assigned accounts/facilities, to include direct supervision of all cleaners/site personnel.Also responsible for ensuring quality and safety standards and positive customer relations, with key focus on outstanding customer relations and account retention and maintenance.Coordination and communication with our clients and site cleaners,Assisting in day to day operations (to include cleaning/hiring/training).Plans, assigns, and directs work; appraising performance;Delegates work assignments; matches the responsibilities to the person; gives authority to work independently; sets expectations and monitors delegated activities. Provides regular performance feedback; develops subordinate's skills, and encourages growth.
