In our Blog we introduce specific “tricky” situations and offer suggested responses for kids and parents alike. We focus on building up critical skills of self-awareness and situational judgment. At FORTUNE, I was responsible for translating FORTUNE's print content and brand into live experiences for CEOs and thought leaders. Since leaving FORTUNE, I have continued to work with FORTUNE and TIME on a variety of programs over the years, most recently with the TIME 100 Health Summit in fall 2019.

At Goldman Sachs I supported the Partner Practices area in a variety of ways from internal programs to project management to assisting with speechwriting. I learned when to listen and when to speak up. I left Goldman to work with Jacki Zehner on her personal foundation and later at Women Moving Millions. In my career I have tended to follow people rather than roles and it has served me very well.

As an original Fast Company team member, I had the privilege of being part of that magazine's incredible growth story as an early team member. Reporting to the Founding Editor, Alan Webber, I helped create, build and manage our successful Live Events department. And I learned when not to go into a broom closet.

At Nextera I supported mergers and acquisitions efforts. I learned to read financial documents (amazing what you can find in a 10K) and developed a life-long love affair with Excel.

In my role at Renaissance Solutions I was part of the Balanced Scorecard team and applied those methodologies on a series of projects for Fortune 500 companies. I also participated extensively in our recruiting program, and used an honest-to-god fax machine as a regular part of my work.
