While I started with a career in Finance, I discovered that my passion truly lies in the field of health and wellness. I began as a Personal Trainer and quickly picked up certification as a Health Coach to add another dimension to helping my clients improve their overall health. Watching my senior clients and those with disabilities become stronger and more mobile offered me a satisfaction that the business environment never could. I love helping patients that are excited about taking control of their health again. Everyone I meet is seeing the positive results of making changes in their diet and activity. Teaching patients good nutrition as well as behavior modifications to adapt to a healthy lifestyle for the long haul leaves me smiling. Making a difference in someone's quality of life is truly better than a paycheck!Working with like-minded people is a joy and I manage an enthusiastic team of nutritional counselors, personal trainers and group fitness instructors at the Center for Weight Loss Success. Helping patients learn to enjoy exercise and make activity part of their daily lives is very rewarding.Working in a very progressive medical practice with one of the nation's leading bariatric surgeons, we are always looking to be on the cutting edge of technology and innovative programs. We offer the most comprehensive surgical and medical weight loss programs available anywhere. In order to provide our patients unlimited access to the educational materials, I created a membership site that offers written curriculum, educational and fitness videos, online webinars and classes, delicious recipes, menu planning tips and inspirational materials to keep patients on track and motivated. Knowing our mission better than any outside firm, we often take on the task of developing our own marketing strategies. I have learned the ins and outs of both print and digital advertising and have created social media campaigns. The more creative, the more fun!
