I've been in real estate for nearly 9 years. Prior to being under the RE/MAX umbrella I worked with Edina Realty and then Prudential. I've been with RE/MAX since Jan 09, due to the closing of all Twin Cities Prudential Metrowide Realty offices. I am e certified, and relocation certified. I love to work with first time homebuyers. Prior to real estate I worked as a customer service manager for a company in southern Minnesota. I moved there after working for Fluoroware/Entegris out of Chaska for 8+ years in the customer service field - working with complaints/returns and as a customer service supervisor. Real estate has been my dream for much of my life. I love working with people and I love working with real estate.

Managed customer service staff, responsible for ISO certification - developed work instructions for entire company, reported sales to upper management on daily basis.

Supervised the customer service area of customer returns and customer complaints, helped implement the SAP computer system, worked with ISO 9001 certification.
