CurrentLeadership and Strategic Planning:-Supervised and directed about 20 Coaches in meeting their yearly targets and adherence to the service standards -Formulated and spearheaded initiatives, interventions, and service models to meet the needs of the employment landscape-Facilitated outreach initiatives through internal and active partnerships with external agencies (government and private agencies), to increase awareness of career services in e2i and to further enhance the clients’ service experiences at the career centersChange Management: -Mentored 6 Cluster Managers (cross-functional teams) to manage the re-organization of the career center operations at e2i (e.g. development of strategies for each sub-units to meet the KPIs, increasing visitorship, streamlining process flow, staff management, defining new job roles and duties, client relationship management etc.)-Led the transition of 12 SGUnited Jobs and Skills Centres and 24 Career Ambassadors from Workforce Singapore (WSG) to e2iStaff Development: -Spearheaded the training pathways for more than 60 Full Time and Associate Coaches in e2i, which includes customization of coaching certification with a local tertiary institution Data Analytics:-Directed and guided taskforce in identifying common deep-set employment barriers of clients, co-designing and implementing multiple coaching interventions, based on the clients' data (targeted at PMET workforce in their personal branding abilities, mental well-being etc). The interventions ultimately led to the enhancement of PMETs job readiness and employabilityProject:-Vice-chair to the NTUC May Day Awards 2023Overseas Representation:-Represented e2i in the 9th International Symposium on Career Development and Public Policy in Tromsø, Norway
