In addition I would also provide pension verification letters to lenders and housing authorities. I managed the process for locating former employees who were reaching age 65 so that we could contact them to begin their pensions. In addition it was my responsibility to oversee that all associates were validating the amounts being paid monthly with our monthly reconciliation to SAP report. I acted as liaison with the records department on Filenet integration project to convert our filing system to electronic form and helped with process improvements. Also assisted in quarterly death checks and correspondence related to return of funds that were due. Managed records of pension beneficiary forms and conducted mass mailing to attempt to reduce the amount of unmarried employees who had not elected a beneficiary for their pre-retirement benefits. Responsibilities included processing requests to start/cancel electric service, handling billing inquiries, processing new service/construction applications, managing customer accounts, resolving tampering issues, and any other inquiries customers may have.
