About Dawn Pauls, Mpa

A child rights advocate for over 30 years on behalf of all children, particularly those economically and politically marginalized. I have diverse experience as a researcher, program evaluator, refugee health project manager, organization developer, teacher of young children, and mother of four. I am energized by thinking and learning about sustainable solutions to the realization of children's rights. As an intermediary working in complex adaptive systems using a collaborative research and evaluation approach, I strive to help duty-bearers learn about child rights and hold them responsible to uphold and ensure the rights of children under their care.Achieving equality in health, education and access to opportunities to thrive and to be heard for all children has been a driving force in my work and life.
