I’ve dedicated my career to making a difference for those impacted by rare diseases. My work humbles me when listening to & gathering insights from patients, caregivers, physicians, and payers and, at the same time, drives me to insist their perspectives are represented in our decisions. My leadership journey is influenced by the talented executives I have worked with and learned from over the years. Watching them advance science, lead teams, and develop their capabilities as senior leaders inspires me to continue to grow and convinces me that we can make a difference.
