Proactively identifying emerging credit industry and macro trends to uncover new risk patterns and making credit recommendations to Chief Risk Officer teams in the US, UK and Germany for Card, Loan and Small Business portfolios. Analytic projects vary widely and examples include evaluating the introduction of new products/features, qualitative loss reserve overlays, profitability-based risk/reward on multiple portfolios, competitive market position and macro event impact on balances and losses.

Multiple progressive first line roles over eight years including developing, implementing and managing portfolio strategies for Small Business Card and Lines and Loans. Most recently leading a team of analysts to identify macro and industry risks as well as cross product (Card, Mortgage, and Auto) growth opportunities to provide strategic direction to consumer credit executives. Performing campaign/ web analytics for Ultimate Rewards platform and proposing retention and engagement recommendations based on results.
