 Lead Procurement Stream on project to migrate from 11i to R12. Support Oracle EBS R12 daily and month end processes for ASCP, BOM, WIP, Inventory, Manufacturing, Costing, Quality, Purchasing/Buyer Work Center, iProcurement, Contracts, iSupplier Portal, Sourcing, Supplier Management, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). Provide daily support through user help desk tickets for issues with locators, cycle count, reports, error messages, UOM Conversions, etc. Implement punch out catalogs for major suppliers across multiple divisions and operating units. Develop Business Requirement Documentation (BRD) based on detailed interviews with SMEs. Drive client relationships within the client groups to quickly understand new requirements or issues, while simultaneously offering solutions.  Lead FIT/GAP analysis and created an As-Is workflow to better understand the mechanics of the existing system.  Primary liaison between the user groups and the development teams to ensure that best technical solutions are developed for the business needs. Facilitate design and build verification sessions with the development teams. Work with System Administrators on testing and applying patches and data fixes as necessary.
