An Executive Engineering Manager with 34 Years of BAES Engineering experience, gained in a variety of Engineering roles and disciplines, including Weapons Systems Integration, Systems Engineering, Flight Instrumentation, Flight Test and Engineering Capability management. A broader functional skill base has been developed by working within Purchasing, Commercial, Project Management and Training environments. During my career I have also worked within RAF, MoD and DERA teams and environments. The last 7 years I had been focused on providing tactical engineering training solutions and programmes for a wide range of military programmes. But in 2018 I undertook a more Strategic role developing training solutions in support of our businesses new Engineering capabilities and Technologies.I am self motivated, innovative with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. I consider myself to be a meticulous and methodical individual who enjoys challenges and thrives on pressure and problem solving, either in isolation or embedded within a team. I have proven experience in leading multi purpose/discipline teams to deliver against tight timescales and to high standards.
