 Remotely support 250+ spa locations across the country using LogMeIn  Managed help desk tickets that were opened in our internal support ticket system by the franchise locations Troubleshoot and fix freezing issues with Millennium software and Millennium peripherals  Troubleshoot and fix Millennium Network issues within the spa Use Millennium Central Office to add products, membership and service codes to spa’s systems Run weekly reports from our Central Office Server

My responsibilities included.....  Windows 7 migration using imaging through the Dell Kace appliance Change daily backup tapes on both Network and Phone servers Set up new users in AD, install user profile on computer and deploy  Work help desk tickets opened by supervisors/managers Configure and deploy remote agent computers  Trained remote agents on how to use VPN, Remote Desktop and Avaya One-X Agent Write new phone programming menus and update current phone programming menus Work with ISP’s to resolve internet and phone system issues Manage telecom vendors and resolve phone system issues Assist in creating department strategic plan to support business growth
