ASA is a young inclusive association which promotes collaboration between schools. It started with a group of School Heads who had a deep commitment to supporting excellence through partnership. As an Educational Consultant I supported recognised institutions from many ISA registered schools, colleges and international department, including those from The Russell Group.Here I provided individual advice and troubleshooting guidance on all matters including academic teaching, boarding, pastoral care, HR and recruitment, advisory boards, partnerships QA and inspection. These were achieve through establishing strong relationships and collaborative partnerships.

Brooke House is an independent day and boarding college for boys and girls between 12-19 years. It aims to provide a safe and tolerant co-educational environment which allows individual expression and development.Here I immersed myself in the day-to-day management responsibilities for a busy College. I also introduced the University Foundation Partnership Programme with external partners abroad, preparing students for admission to top UK universities.

Bright Futures is now under new ownership but was originally set up to provide online support for those who had been home-schooled, had missed school through illness, help those returners to education, or those needing different qualifications to change career direction.Here I was engaged initially to set up and relaunch an online A-level College facility. The concept was to design on-line lessons with regular 34/7 guidance from tutors.
