I have worked for Aurora Family Practice Group for the past 37 years.I work with 5 providers and a staff of 12. I'm looking to change my career path. Looking for new challenges. I'm very hard working, detailed orientated, like to stay busy. Always on time and can multi task. I'm in charge of the day to day operations for a 5 provider private family practice office. Minor human resource responsibilities, hiring duties, help with payroll, benefits, employee training and evaluations. In charge of accounts payable, work closely with our IPA, COPIC and PECOS. Co-ordinate meetings and any classes required for providers and staff. Handle insurance contracts. Work with Amazing Charts EMR and emd's practice management.
