Dawn is a Founding Member and Practice Leader in the All Sectors Cohort of The Institute for Performance Improvement. TIfPI uses a social entrepreneurial approach to school improvment and performance improvement capacity building. A recent project includes creating a certificate test for practitioners. I consulted on workforce development projects at The Center on Education and Training for Employment at The Ohio State University. Served on the leadership team. Created analysis products and services for CETE and CETE's clients, including practice/work analysis and competency modeling analysis methods. Facilitated job analysis workshops and trained other facilitators in a job analysis process (DACUM), provided training in competency-based education, facilitated item-writing workshops, and provided curriculum development and performance improvement support support for other CETE clients and CETE initatives.Led the design of curriculum development support, elearnings and professional development workshops for the Adult Basic Education teachers and administrators for the State of Ohio (formerly ABLE; now ASPIRE).CETE bridges research and practice and provides consulting to clients in job analysis, competency modeling, curriculum development, assessment and credentialing, standards definition, and other workforce development initiatives.

Taught three graduate classes: PAES 811: Performance Analysis, PAES 817: Instructional Design in Corporate Settings, and PAES 611: Occupational Analysis.Worked in the Center for Education on Training and Employment to facilitate DACUM and SCID certification training.
