I have a passion for guiding people through dietary strategies to improve their health. I am working toward becoming a Registered Dietitian, but I don't plan to stop there. I have witnessed some amazing results that prescriptions would not have brought about and that has sparked a deep desire in me to help folks learn how to allow their bodies to find the healing possibilities within. I am interested in the functional medicine perspective that seeks out root causes of health issues and develops protocols to regain wellness with the bio-individuality of each person in mind.
