We can provide assistance with various aspects of the design process or be a partner throughout the entire development process, from product idea, design, prototyping, and production. Our goal is to prove a high-level, complete development service to companies that need additional product development resources or assistance in areas beyond their core competencies.

Business Development Account Manager for design engineering sales and custom manufacturing services. Primary customer interface for the design through prototype process for Newport Enterprises.

Responsible for the New Product Introduction Team in manufacturing. Primary interface with the design engineering group, customer and manufacturing to get new designs through the design, prototype and preproduction process for a smooth transition into full production. Worked with procurement and supply chain to secure components necessary for the prototype manufacturing and pipeline for manufacturing. This team/process significantly reduced the design to production timeline.

Managed a team of 19 Supplier Quality Engineers(SQE). Responsible for management of supplier quality performance and contract compliance. Coordinated SQE activity to comply with corporate policies and procedures. Responsible for supplier selection, supplier management, and the implementation of long term systemic quality improvement programs (SSQA, PQP, CofC). Also responsible for driving cost reduction activity for the electrical, OEM and Gas Delivery commodities.

Procurement Assurance customer/supplier liaison. Defined specifications and ensured quality of materials used in manufacturing. Identified alternate suppliers/parts and negotiated customer approval to expedite production in a JIT environment.
