Determined federal IV-E eligibility for children in foster care. Provided technical assistance to county staff, developed and delivered IV-E training statewide, reviewed and processed foster home licenses statewide, assisted with the development of foster home licensing training.

Developed, implemented and evaluated the programs of the church for children, youth, adults, older adults and families. Recruited and trained volunteers, participated on and supported church committees, recommended curriculum, literature and teaching aids for all age groups, and assisted with the budgeting process for Council on Ministries programs.

Conducted an organizational gap analysis. Served on HIPAA-related committees. Wrote new HIPAA-related policies and procedures for the Agency. Created a training tool to train employees across the state.

Served as CSC Habitat’s first Family Support Coordinator to plan and implement educational programs to prepare adults for homeownership. Also coordinated and supervised homeowners’ sweat equity opportunities on construction sites and with other non-profit organizations in the Midlands, coordinated home inspections and move-ins, supported the Family Support Committee, photographed work-sites and ceremonies for organizational use, supervised community volunteers, and secured funding, developed and implemented the first companion program for children of future homeowners.
