In addition to my chosen career in Adult Learning & Instructional Design, I also own and operate two small businesses, and am currently doing project-based work. The first is a Multi-Channel Marketing (MCM) consulting business that specializes in on-site merchandising and online sales/marketing for a variety of industries. Triple4 Productions, (Audio Recording Studio and Live Event Production) is a small business that has operated in addition to my L&D career since 2004. I temporarily shifted to a full-time focus on these businesses in August of 2023. With those projects nearing completion, I am looking to re-join the L&D Instructional Design fields.

Received internal award for excellent work in advising the LMS project team during the vendor selection process and configuration of the company's first-ever Learning Management System. • Led the project team through requirements definition and demo/feature evaluation, and then provided a results analysis that led to the full approval of the project, including budget and resources.

Managed the Instructional Design team in the development, implementation, and evaluation of learner-centric training for Franchisees, Managers, and in-salon stylists, as well as corporate employees. These first-of-its kind (at GCI) learning experiences utilized new technologies with clarity, simplification, and effective messaging in mind.• Created an effective, cohesive team, leading them through a period of department reorganization, working through change management best practices and team development. • Created new department collaborative opportunities that fostered stronger working relationships between Instructional Designers, Trainers, and Operations.
