Developed, facilitated, coordinated and supported various training initiatives and development programs for all levels of the organization. Working with life support/mission equipment for aircraft and medical purposes gains a lot of exposure from various agencies. It was my job to ensure training compliance with those agencies and our customers. Audits performed by the FAA, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, FDA, US Navy, USAF, AS9100 would be routine so it was critical I made sure training took place and all training records were maintained in accordance to their standards.It was my responsibility to ensure the 260E and 260F training grant was administered in accordance with state funding guidelines.
