I am a Manager of Insurance Consulting at LPL Financial. I have the pleasure of leading several Case Managers and New Business Associates in the new business sector of Life and Long Term Care Insurance. Relationship management is at the forefront of my day as I work alongside talented financial advisors in addition to supporting my associates and internal/external partners.I also have experience that includes reporting accurate revenue projections and offering concierge service for large insurance opportunities. I have served as a resource managing risk by leading part of the internal compliance review for the platforms Variable policies while working at my prior BGA My greatest accomplishment is singlehandedly developing the material and creating a 100 plus page training manual for case management that has been adopted for reference of new teammates. I am happiest when I can help others succeed. Onboarding and training is common in a growing environment and I have been blessed to hire a diverse group of individuals that have contributed to a great culture in a succeeding organization. It is then that I feel happiest to watch them flourish and become confident and successful case managers. My management style is to lead by example. Today, I work remotely but I maintain an “open door policy” that encourages sense of openness and security. I have been told how much my approachability means to them.
