I am Dawn Waller and I work for the Copperas Cove Independent School District as an Elementary Intervention Paraprofessional. I am dedicated to supporting students’ academic and social development. With a strong background in educational strategies and student support, I work closely with teachers to create inclusive learning environments that cater to diverse student needs. Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in classroom management, individualized instruction, and student assessment. My role has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the challenges and rewards of working in education, and I am passionate about fostering a positive and engaging learning experience for all students.Currently, I am pursuing my Bachelor’s degree; I am enrolled in a career development course that has equipped me with valuable insights into professional growth and effective communication. My goal is to become a certified educator, where I can continue to make a meaningful impact on students’ lives.
