Updating the Client Database using the LexisNexis InterAction system, including exports using specific criteria.Verifying Client Data by researching on the internet and actioning where necessaryaccordingly, ensuring the database was up to date.Researching 8,000 Firm Wide Companies listed on the InterAction database to validate key data – company website, address and phone/fax numbers and amending where necessary. Verifying 29,000 Firm Wide Contact data using LinkedIn and the contacts’ own company websites to validate job titles, addresses, email addresses and direct dials. Including removal of and adding contacts. Ensuring duplicate entries were merged accordingly.Creating (extracting) excel spreadsheets from InterAction as requested by the Director of Business Development & Marketing and the Digital Marketing Manager. Performing relevant searches to enable me to extract the targeted data.Adding new contacts to InterAction who had subscribed to receive items from Peters & Peters via the newly created website.Quality Assurance needed to be undertaken to ensure that standards were being met and the output of data was of the highest quality.

Following on from the merger between Stanton Allen and Wilson Legal Solutions, I was mainly working on DCM tickets generated in InterAction.Other projects included researching of current companies in IA and their associated contacts, making sure the data is correct. Maintaining excel spreadsheets, including imports/exports of data in IA.

I began my career with Shamrock Marketing as a researcher in 2001, and soon progressed to be Head of Telemarketing, until finally being promoted to the previous role of Data Services Deputy Manager at Tikit Ltd until April 2013. I also undertook the role of the Training & Development Agency Database Manager at this time, which included all database housework maintenance using InterAction, liaising with the Client, and DCM Tickets when generated.I joined Stanton Allen in May 2013, as an InterAction Data Steward
