Helping customers select their eyewear. Processing their orders in BOSS. Submitting to Insurance and OW/ODSP vouchers and making sure end-of-day paperwork is submitted to accounting. Handling the cash register. Doing the open/close of the vision care centre. Processing the eyewear when it arrives and ensuring the glasses are put into the proper trays for the customer who ordered them. Call the customers to arrange appointments to pick up the glasses (or contact lenses). Book appointments for the Optometrist. Do reminder calls the day before for those scheduled the next day. Pull existing patient's files from Dr's office and have them ready. Perform the pre-test for the Dr. General cleaning duties as needed. Keep display eyewear in good appearance (wipe lenses and keep them straight on the wall).

• Answering questions and giving information about what our company does.• Booking appointments to have a consultation with our Account Managers.• Handing out informational pamphlets.• Consult on initial appointment with clients to help them figure out if we can help.• Collect pertinent information from client for their file, ID, copies of bills they are struggling to pay and copy of income/home ownership/taxes and car ownership/lease agreement.• Maintain file and keep in contact with client to ensure we have all information needed to move forward with the Consumer Proposal or Bankruptcy (whichever they end up doing).• Scan documents into our system needed to send to our Trustee in Bankruptcy.• Send off Credit Check by email after scanning in ID and signed request form.• Continued communication with the Trustee in Bankruptcy throughout the process.• Complete daily schedule and timesheet for submission to payroll.• Complete filling in the information to our Client Data Management System (CDMS).• Upload all documentation and correspondence to our cloud storage.• Schedule appointments with clients as needed up to and including the signing date with the Trustee in Bankruptcy.• Answer phone and email inquiries by clients.

• Provide exceptional customer service to a broad and diverse client base.• Determine eligibility of applications; Research and evaluate loan applicant’s financial status, references and risk.• Promote sale of loan and cheque cashing services. Ensure that cash is handled and delivered properly without overage/outages.
