Including a data migration of 4TB of data, testing, user training & cut over delivery. - Successful exit and provision of File Maker Pro & Docato X-hive applications and databases into a new Penguin Random House technical infrastructure, including provison of a new support service model, data migration management, supplier management, licensing, testing, cut over delivery and hypacare support. - Business Readiness & Delivery phase for the exit of Penguin Random House SAP systems consolidation, introduction of a new Basware purchasing system, return of off-shore Financial Accounting Services to in-house provision. Business Change impact management, communications, User management and Service Operating Design for New system services.

Project Manager of the following successful implementations for Camelot Lotteries UK Ltd :- SAP CRM solution to handle incidents for a 34000 strong retailer estate with integrated CICSO IVR. Incidnets related to 4 keys areas, General, Technical, Accounting and Security with workflow in place to allow on ward processing to back office teams. Reporting provided by Business Objects. - A Browser based .net solution to handle high tier winners claims from initial contact from the Winner to final payout and press activity.- Re-platforming of an in house, browser based scratch card replenishment system, concentrating on speeding up processing cycles and performance handling for data algorithmns

A qualified and practiced project manager I have delivered multiple, large implementations smoothly and successfully. Some examples are; an upgrade of SAP from 4.6c to SAP ECC 6.0; integration of a third party Royalty ERP system with SAP; On-line expense solution; Paperless Accounts Payable, Employee and Manager self-service; ISBN 13 compliance and various acquisition integration projects, such as Harcourt integration with Pearson Education, and Edexcel migrating onto SAP for HR & Payroll.I have delivered Projects in the Financial, Purchasing, Project Management, HR, Payroll, Treasury, Change Management, Travel Expenses, and infrastructure departments.
