I am best at creating and implementing systems and strategies to make this the best house cleaning company.I create happiness and peace of mind for my clients. And I create a positive environment for my staff and a way for them to meet their goals. EXPERIENCE: I started Executive Maids in 1993 cleaning one home a day by myself. Soon I was cleaning two every day. Then started hiring people to work with me. Back then I would get my children off to school and then go clean all day with my team. After cleaning all day, I would cook dinner, do homework, and do the bath, books, and bed routine with my three children. Then I would get back to work calling the next day’s clients to confirm, wash the cleaning cloths and refill the cleaning products for the next day. We grew to have 8 teams of cleaners until 2008 when the economy went south. But we still prevailed as a leader in the house cleaning industry. We have gone through many changes over the years, but the most significant changes came when COVID came about.We, like so many other businesses, had to close for several months due to the COVID pandemic. So, I pivoted the Executive Maids business model to work better for both our clients and our staff in this new world we live in. Today our cleaners work as solo cleaners instead of working in teams. They sanitize all the high-touch areas of the homes they clean before they clean them. Every change we made improves the Executive Maids experience for both clients and staff.I love my job because I get to help so many people. I help my clients because they aren’t just looking for clean homes, they are looking for more personal time in their life to do what makes them happy. By cleaning their homes for them we are giving back the time they used to lose when they cleaned it themselves.
