I have been an Accounts Receivable Representative for two years now. I handle the day to day operations of posting payments from customers, as well as insurance. Other duties include answering the phones, helping customers who come into the store, filing and contacting insurance companies to resolve payment issues. This job has provided me with valuable skills that I will be able to apply to any new job in my future. These skills include teamwork, customer service, meeting deadlines, filing and research.I have been a student at Sinclair Community College since August 2015 and will graduate in May 2018, obtaining my Associate's Degree in Business Management. Through my years of education, I have gained valuable skills such as business writing, public communication, data analysis and negotiation. Furthermore, since I took all my courses online, I have gained valuable time management skills needed to succeed. With my degree I hope to gain an opportunity within an office to advance my career. My ultimate career goals include helping a company to succeed while making a good living to support my family.
