Provide leadership for the organization in its use of all CRM solution efforts throughout the organization. Ensures proper utilization and growth of data-driven initiatives, interacting closely with all departments. Manages a team of two full-time employees and one part-time employee.Served as a key internal stakeholder and data owner in the migration from Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge to Tessitura. Primarily responsible for overseeing the migration of all fundraising data, with a deep understanding of both the legacy system and the business requirements for new data structures. Actively participated in the data migration process, collaborating closely with Tessitura’s Project Management Team through planning, design, testing, and implementation phases.

Oversees Raiser’s Edge database security, administration, maintenance and training. Ensures that the database is properly configured and maintained for data integrity and accuracy of the McCallum Theatre’s critical data. Manages a full-time team of two. Trains new staff on the essentials of using Raiser’s Edge database. Works with the integration of Raiser’s Edge and Financial Edge to post donations to the general ledger from Raiser’s Edge donor database into the Financial Edge accounting database. Serves as the Raiser's Edge expert for Development and the Theatre’s IT liaison between the staff and outside vendors.

Provides training, oversight, and management of all aspects of the fundraising database (Raiser’s Edge). • Created and implemented best practices and procedures for gift entry, donor acknowledgment letters, and set data standards for the management and maintenance of the database to enhance consistency.• Provide training and support to enable Development staff to use analytics and reporting tools to support goals.• Oversee and manage Development Coordinator staff in daily gift processing procedures, event registrations, new and renewed memberships, generation of donor acknowledgment letters, and scanning all supporting documentation through PaperSave into the Raiser’s Edge database.• Develop complex reports from the Raiser’s Edge to support the fundraising efforts, including but not limited to fundraising progress, mailing lists, constituent giving reports, and event reports.• Works directly with the Vice President of Finance & Accounting to streamline processes between Financial Edge and Raiser's Edge to ensure collaboration of data, assuring high standards of quality.• Serve as the primary liaison for any Information Technology (IT) related issues with hardware or software and, when necessary, work to resolve the issue with the software vendor or IT.

Responsible for continuous refinement, maintenance and reporting of all Raiser’s Edge database donor financial data, interdepartmental report generation to meet Eisenhower Medical Center's Foundation business needs and those of Finance, Accounting and Information Systems.

In support of the Raiser’s Edge database of the Foundation Office, the Database and Research Coordinator enters, manages, analyzes, and interprets financial and demographic donor and prospect data for use in research reports and prospect management. Manages print and electronic prospect research resources and libraries. Performs financial reports regarding giving statistics and trends for Foundation leadership and Board of Trustees
