Manage clinical supply secondary packaging and labeling, storage, distribution and returns for each individual clinical study and depot locations (domestic and abroad).Aid Supply Chain Manager or CMC Lead in the implementation of Work Orders and Change Orders with suppliers supporting supply chainDaily management of the trafficking of clinical trial materials to and from contract manufacturers/packagers.Assist in the integration, and daily oversight of any trial specific IVRS or IWS systems, or when an in-house manual process is opted for.Coordinate with contracted depots or manufacturing organization with management and control of inventory levels including expiry date management and GMP and non regulatory critical documents.Maintain good relationships with vendors and ensure that the flow of materials remain unhampered, rectify discrepancies and obtain timely updates.Aid Supply Chain Manager in review and execution of necessary import/export documents for international shipments.
