During this time, this flagship industry event has grown in number of attendees as well as sponsorship revenue. I have developed various marketing collateral and in 2019, spearheaded a rebranding initiative for the organization.I told OCC's story for 15 years through its Annual Reports, reflecting on achievements and positively positioning the options product through engaging narrative and eye-catching design. Several reports are featured in the AR100 Black Book, and have been recognized as best-in-class​. Launched first HTML version of OCC Annual Report in 2014. I successfully advanced industry events including the Options Industry Conference, an annual event for 500 top-level securities industry professionals. Efficiently managed $1 million zero-sum budget, which resulted in a positive variance of less than 1% two years running. Launched first conference mobile app in 2014, the adoption rate was 70%. When it comes to exchange-listed options, education is key. I led the marketing strategy of The Options Industry Council (OIC), an industry cooperative that promotes the responsible use of options to investors and advisors through a comprehensive education program. $2.3 million of the annual $7.5 million budget I managed was spent on a multimedia advertising campaign.
