I have delivered workshops, curriculum, and guidelines to universities, regional, state-wide, national, and international audiences, and have enhanced and implemented telepractice programs and services at Mercy University. I am also a certified speaker, coach, and trainer for the John Maxwell Team, focusing on leadership and communication skills. In addition, I run my own private practice, World Class Speech Service, where I specialize in professional voice use, public speaking, and accent modification.
