As the Director of Clinical Education and Services at Mercy University, I have been leading the academic and clinical training of graduate students in speech-language pathology for over a year. I have a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) issued by The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and a Master of Science in Healthcare Informatics from Adelphi University.With more than a decade of experience as a telepractice trainer and developer, I am passionate about advancing the area of telehealth and enhancing the quality and accessibility of speech and language services. I have delivered workshops, curriculum, and guidelines to universities, regional, state-wide, national, and international audiences, and have enhanced and implemented telepractice programs and services at Mercy University. I am also a certified speaker, coach, and trainer for the John Maxwell Team, focusing on leadership and communication skills. In addition, I run my own private practice, World Class Speech Service, where I specialize in professional voice use, public speaking, and accent modification.
