In November, 2007, Dawn relocated to Kansas City, Missouri from the Dallas area to start Cramer Capital Management with her husband, Bruce. She holds series 7 & 66 registrations as a registered representative and investment adviser representative through Cetera Advisor Networks LLC. She specializes in working with women in transition from divorce, widows, new career, rollovers, and many other circumstances. She uses her leadership skills, to help empower women through difficult times and set them up for success in the future. Dawn is actively involved in educating different women’s groups and bringing awareness to becoming financially independent. Her passion is in helping women learn to network by using women resource and referral groups. She also founded the women’s mastermind program in early 2012 to support women in small business achieve their goals.She has completed a high-level level leadership training through Klemmer, known for leadership training in Fortune 500 circles. She has been active as a public speaker encouraging young people to make sound life choices and say no to violence. She is also founder of the “Let’s Get Jazzed” event, which has supported the American Diabetes Foundation. Next, Dawn worked with New House, the battered women’s shelter through her “Let’s Get Jazzed” event raising over $550,000.Dawn is married and actively involved with her five children, Rachel, Leah, AJ, Nick, and Gracie through many team sports, education involvement, and other community programs. She enjoys many outdoor activities such as, swimming, jet skiing, horse back riding, scuba diving, and exercising. Beyond that Dawn has showed horses competitively and won many awards at a national level. She currently holds pilot licenses and has been flying for over ten years.
