Partnered with the Technology Infrastructure Team to complete the HCI Migration, which combined vBlock Retirement (SOC2 Compliance requirement due by year-end 2019) and Infrastructure End of Life Initiatives (Windows 2016 Server Upgrade, Red Hat Oracle, and Oracle 18 Database).Standardized the deployment process, which enabled the other Software Development teams to continue coding while the Systems team validated and implemented code – a "Win/Win" scenario!Orchestrated Capital Projects and “Held the Checkbook” for Multi-Million dollar Pharmacy Build Projects.• Liaison with internal and external parties to organize the various components needed to initiate, run, and conclude every pharmacy build since 2003. This led to the capital purchasing function for Express Scripts Pharmacy Systems Capital Asset purchases to produce reliable, consistent, and accurate information that can be audited.• Directed the Automation Capital and Expense Budget ($10M - $60M New Pharmacy Build).• Collaborated with key stakeholders to help ensure that we met plan approval targets of $10M+ / year.• Administered weekly Capital Project Plan meetings to coordinate schedules and activities, provide timelines, and review projects to track progress and achieve/exceed capitalization targets.• Created and performed all tasks associated with the Capital Project Budget (Quotes / PO + SOW / Invoices), including all Vendor Relations.Created the following tools utilizing Six Sigma processes and Lean Methodology: Work Plan Template (includes all requirements/processes/flow charts in an Excel template), Customer Survey and Road Show.Individually worked with remaining IT teams to reduce Remedy tickets from 6,030 to 0 (ZERO!) with no ticket left behind. Documented all approved tickets to CLOSE and archived for future Audits. This guaranteed client commitment requests were not lost, and all tickets closed with no underlying issues.

• Accountable for managing the integrated accumulation balances, ensuring the process is in place that involves Caremark sharing pharmacy accumulations directly with the medical integrator. This sharing of information allows each party to maintain a currently integrated accumulation.• Interfaced with 14 Medical Integrators, including creating project test plan documentation, testing requirements, and implementation announcements.• Collaborated between ITQA and Business Community to implement changes required from an Integrator perspective.• Deftly managed and supported Pharmacy and Medical Claim transactions to ensure proper accumulated Deductible and Member Out of Pocket amounts were posted properly on both Medical and Pharmacy Claims.• Researched and reported any errors, along with identified code fixes required after 1/1/2006 implementation.
