My current passion project is being the author of children's books. My first release, "What's in Your Pocket From Under the Tree?" Now available in many book stores and at most online book retailers. The story is an epic adventure of two brothers who lost their dear pet while playing in the yard after a spring rain. One brother with a "race car" type brain, who has trouble maintaining his focus and purpose; one brother is timid and unsure. They need to join forces to find their pet. Together, their wildly active imaginations help them focus, problem solve and support each other to a successful end. I worked several years in the Ohio State Legislature and it's community as a page, legislative aide and lobbyist for both businesses and consumer groups. I am very proud of the extensive work I've done to exceed participation, increase funding numbers and participation rates, construct collaborative relationships and negotiate landmark legislation that is still effective today.
