As the Managing Partner of a talented team of colleagues in our Grant Thornton Northern Ontario business unit, I bring 40 years of assurance, tax and advisory experience to every client engagement. Whether I’m supporting owner-managed businesses, large corporations or professional service businesses, I leverage this experience—and my familiarity with a wide range of industries—to help my clients achieve their business and personal financial goals.I’m truly passionate about our clients and our team that help me to take care of them. Every client meeting starts with an in-depth discovery call—an opportunity for us to learn about the things that really matter to our clients. From there, we work together to develop effective strategies and solutions to realize their goals and address pertinent challenges.When I’m not at work, you can find me out in the community. I am a member of Women in Action and a volunteer at various community events and have previously taken on leadership roles as treasurer for Thunder Bay Crime Stoppers, Thunder Bay Lung Association, Thunder Bay Sports Celebrity Dinner and Thunder Bay Estate Planning Institute. Additionally, I was also a founding member and treasurer of the Thunder Bay Business Women's Network.In my spare time, I love experiencing everything that Northern Ontario has to offer (particularly its many snowshoeing and hiking trails) as well as other cultures—most notably through food, wine and travel. When I’m not cooking, entertaining or exploring the globe with friends and family, you’ll find me cheering on my favourite sports teams.
