I work in a busy marketing department, in one of the largest further education colleges in the region - South & City College Birmingham. I also co-ordinate the work of the College's business network - InBusiness, working closely with the inspirational Steve Dourass.InBusiness is an exclusive business network designed to encourage co-operation between the college and the local business community.Our network offers regular networking events and opportunities to engage with our students through Apprenticeships and work experience. I managed an active network of cross college participation in Student visits and exchanges and maximised the opportunities for students and staff to contribute to and benefit from European development projects. I also developed a network of collaborative partners in the European and International education sector for transnational projects, this network included partners in business, private, public and voluntary sectors.I organised various pan-European, national and regional conferences and events and managed the operational delivery of non-structural European funded projects.Project InvolvementProject Co-ordinator for European Funded Youth Programme Exchange in Italy.
