ABEM certified Emergency Medicine (EM) physician who has practiced EM for more than 25 years. Dawn was a CRUCIAL CONVERSATIONS instructor with Mayo Health System and has done graduate work in COACHING through the College of Executive Coaching. She spent her 2006-2007 Bush Medical Fellowship learning to build collaborative cultures. She is an Art of Hosting trained, facilitator leading community engagement around topics of health and wellness. Currently she helps providers and leaders in healthcare organizations communicate and lead thoughtfully, transparently and deliberately.
