Played a key role in shaping the Army’s Warfighting Concept, influencing the future force structure and operational doctrine to enhance readiness against evolving global threats.√ Led the planning and execution of strategic engagements with Army concepts experts, developing the next Warfighting Concept to address emerging threats and future operating environments. Integrated U.S. Marine CONPLAN 2300 using JOPES and APEX systems, incorporating experimentation findings to enhance contingency planning and operational readiness.√ Managed Theater Security Cooperation (TSC) events with African partner nations, aligning with USAFRICOM and MARFOREUR/AF Campaign objectives.
