A little about me…a Coles Notes version;For thirteen years I owned and published an all-positive, photographic view of our community and popular media outlet. It was a career that consumed me and also defined me. I’m not entirely sure if that was a good thing, but I did enjoy creating a living memory of thousands and thousands of people and organizations. It was a passion and privilege to amplify their causes and their “whys.” I have recently taken my career on another path, but will always take my camera along with me.I’m passionate about photography. I don’t claim to be an expert, rather an explorer. My photography-art is a safe in which I keep my soul…and I occasionally suffer from restless soul syndrome. I think I have more self-doubt than the average person, but I might be wrong about that. I would like to say that I’m a trophy wife, but that’s a bit of a stretch. I prefer ribbon wife or certificate of participation wife. I am married and a mother of two incredible, creative, funny people and one equally-awesome granddaughter. Nothing makes me happier than the sound of their laughter and capturing their smiles!I love to share with others, the things I see through my lens. I think that I look at things in a different way and I get very excited if that comes across in my photography. I find beauty in just about anything.
