Current•Primary resource maintaining the relationship with key distributors and adherence to their contracts•Effectively reduced approximately $1.5 million in open AR between Encompass Group and key distributors•Audit pricing contracts and rebates•Research and resolve credit/rebate issues•Create ad hoc reports to analyze sales/usage trends and profitability of Encompass Group’s contracts with key customers and distributors•Provide my findings and suggestions to the Executive VP and Regional Directors of Sales•Provide weekly/monthly sales reports, usage reports and purchasing reports to Sales team and various divisions of Encompass Group•Key Contact for data integrity concerns•Work with IT to identify programming errors and/or enhancements required to provide more useful and accurate reports•Work with Project Managers for system conversion to SAP by identifying the needs of various departments and test newly developed programs
