As the Talent Acquisition Partner for North America Professional Services, I was responsible for identifying, qualifying and developing outstanding talent . My area of expertise was Linux, Virtualization, Cloud and Middleware pre-sales architects and consultants. I worked closely with my hiring managers to pro-actively build candidate pipelines and bring an entirely outsourced hiring process in house contributing to 1.2 million in savings globally for Red Hat in a years time frame. By understanding their business I was able to facilitate change management in a fast paced and high volume hiring environment.During this time I also ran our North America Intern Program for 2 years and successfully supported our EMEA professional services organization for 6 months until we found a local resource to manage recruiting efforts.
