• Manage all aspects of Precor Inc's Salesforce instance, including administration, configuration, and customization • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce functionality • Develop and maintain Salesforce policies, procedures, and documentation • Create Salesforce triggers, workflow rules, flows, process builder, and apex scripting • Lead the implementation of new Salesforce features and functionality • Manage a small team of Salesforce administrators, developers, and contractors • Continuously monitor and improve the performance and scalability of Precor Inc's Salesforce instance • Maintain and enhance CPQ to meet business needs

• Lead teams worldwide to enhance and support our North America brands TCS World Travel, Quark Expeditions, Europe Express, and YMT Vacations Salesforce instances• Serve as technical expert on Salesforce projects with direct involvement and/or oversight of specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration and testing• Design and execute solutions for common challenges such as data mapping, object modeling, page layout design, and workflow rules within the context of SFDC• Develop and maintain performance metrics for employees, provide ongoing coaching, guidance, training, and development opportunities• Meet with team members to discuss workload, priorities, and any blocking issues• Provide consultative services to stakeholders regarding Salesforce.com configuration options and level of effort for requested changes• Perform as a Project Manager as needed by communicating with stakeholders, scheduling and attending standups, completing quality testing, coordinating user testing with stakeholders, demonstrating work completed to the users• Work as a Product Owner as necessary to complete discovery by interviewing stakeholders and bringing the requirements to the technical team, completing technical grooming on sprint tickets as required, unblocking developers, completing quality testing, and documenting stories as they are completed• Lead deployment of work items including validation and smoke testing• B2B Sales Cloud, B2C Sales Cloud (Person Accounts), Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (Formerly Communities Cloud)

• Manage support requests and escalated administrative needs of users• Document and evaluate issue patterns to plan and recommend process and system improvements• Provide day-to-day end user support and assist users to troubleshoot issues and increase their knowledge of Salesforce• Execute operational duties including backups, critical updates, and other data quality tasks• Make user configuration, roles, profiles, and permission set changes• Build reports and dashboards as requested by the business as needed
