During my career with Lloyds I have managed recruitment for a number of business areas including Commercial SME, Mid Markets,Asset Finance, Commercial Finance,Chief Operating Office ,Global Corporates and Financial Institutions across the UK. I have also managed recruitment projects in Europe and Asia. I currently Lead a Team of cross functional recruiters.

My initial responsibilities at Egg included the management of recruitment for the IT division. During this time I worked closely with managers and directors to fulfil their resource plans. I was responsible for managing suppliers, writing and conducting competency interviews and conducting psychometric testing. After the merger with CITI the recruitment function was outsourced to Alexander Mann. I stayed onsite working through Alexander Mann and continued to manage the recruitment within the IT divisions for Egg and CITI.
