I have a full service REO team with over 15 years of experience that is involved daily with our REO business. We are equipped to handle all aspects of the REO process to include all of the following below.REO Duties Managing new property assignments. Occupancy checks within 24 hours of new assignments. Performing weekly or bi-weekly property inspections. Scheduling eviction services when necessary. Creating and reviewing property inspection reports. Ordering winterization when necessary. Managing initial services-such as re-key, trash removal, lawn care and/or repair bids. Initiating monthly tasks for staff to manage properties. Transferring utilities into company name, water and electric activation when applicable. Photographing new assigned properties in their entirety to submit with initial BPO. Performing Monthly Marketing/Status Reports, as required by client. Reviewing tasks daily to insure client timelines were met or exceeded. Managing a full staff of 5 employees whose duties are to support and complete the daily tasks as noted above. We also hold weekly staff meetings to review client needs, tasks, new assignments and upcoming closings.
