She developed brand and communications strategies for several of the agency’s 5-star hospitality clients including Leading Hotels of the World, Taj Hotels Resorts & Palaces, Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, and The New York Palace Hotel. Other client assignments included strategic work for Bulova, Douglas Elliman, Wusthof, Related Real Estate, Chartis/AIG insurance, Acura, and Monica Rich Kosann jewelry.As a leader within the Affluence Collaborative (a subsidiary of AGENCYSACKS), Dawn led a quantitative segmentation study of the Affluent & Wealthy, identifying the key drivers that separate the affluent into different groups in order to help marketers focus on their most lucrative targets. She was also instrumental in the development and application of a strategic model built around the 5 primary needs that luxury goods satisfy for consumers. For the Affluence Collaborative, Dawn provided actionable consumer insights for clients including Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Diageo, Bacardi, and JP Morgan Chase.
