My experience also includes directing a dynamic commercial training department at Coherus BioSciences, where I was instrumental in launching biosimilars and a novel immuno-oncology biologic treatment for a rare cancer. We successfully implemented a learning management system and developed management training, always with a steadfast commitment to compliance and effectiveness.My approach integrates a deep understanding of the application of the Medical-Legal-Regulatory parameters to solid training deliverables, and a passion for empowering teams through ongoing professional development. The competencies honed over my career—strategic training development, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration—resonate in every project undertaken and are rooted in my early service as an officer in the U.S. Air Force in the roles of System Acquisition Officer and Contracts Negotiator.
